Enrolled patients pay a flat annual rate to receive superb dental care from Summit Family Dentistry. The plan includes 2 yearly exams, 2 fluoride treatments, 2 teeth cleanings, any necessary X-rays, and an additional 10-25% off additional preventive and restorative treatments.
Affordable Cost
Our Summit Savings Plan will give you significant annual savings for your entire family! For an individual, the annual enrollment fee is only $385, but adding family members is easy. It’s $695 for two, $945 for a family of three, and $285 for each additional family member.
Without the Hassles of Insurance
