Meet Our Owner

Dr. Richard Harvey

Dr. Harvey decided to be a dentist during college. In his words, “I wanted a career that provided opportunities to make a positive impact. I fell in love with the profession.” Dentistry is one of Dr. Harvey’s passions. He is also a talented musician (piano and trumpet) and loves sports! He attended Utah State University and was later awarded a Health Professions Scholarship by the U.S. Navy. Dr. Harvey and his wife Crista have four children and the older children have assisted their dad during dental humanitarian missions to Central and South America. Dr. Harvey has owned Summit Family Dentistry since 2009. “We love being a part of this amazing community. Our patient relationships enrich our lives and we strive to provide a caring and comfortable experience for them”

Dr. Morgan Yoxall

Dr. Morgan Yoxall, a Colorado native and Dakota Ridge High School graduate, found her passion for dentistry while shadowing local dentists and witnessing the transformative power exceptional dental care can have in an individual’s life.
After studying physiology and biochemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder, Dr. Yoxall earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Arizona. Her commitment to academic excellence led to her induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society.
Dr. Yoxall finds joy in all facets of general dentistry and prioritizes a comfortable and welcoming environment for her patients. Her dedication has not gone unnoticed, earning her a spot as one of 5280 Magazine's Top Dentists in both 2024 and 2025.
Beyond her practice, Dr. Yoxall maintains an active lifestyle through running, hiking, and camping. She also cherishes time spent with her husband, their two dogs, and their cat.

Dr Amanda Miller

Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with her children and all that beautiful Colorado has to offer. Dr. Miller, a Parker, Colorado native, discovered her passion for dentistry early in life through a family friend, appreciating its unique blend of art and health and the opportunity to enhance smiles.
Dr. Miller earned a biology degree from Metropolitan State University before graduating from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2008. As a recipient of the prestigious U.S. Army Health Profession Scholarship, she served active duty military personnel and their families for four years in Baumholder, Germany, including deployment to Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.
Following her military service, she briefly continued her practice in Germany before returning to Colorado, where she relishes her children’s various activities and exploring the state's natural beauty. Highly regarded by her patients, Dr. Miller’s exceptional technical skills and her kind, candid bedside manner make her a patient favorite.

Dr Eugenio Montecinos

Dr. Eugenio “Gene” Montecinos has provided exceptional dental care to patients for over 20 years. Driven by a passion for helping others, Dr. Montecinos began his career as a general dentist and endodontist in Chile. He obtained his Dental Surgeon degree in 2003 from Universidad Mayor in Chile and went on to earn a specialty degree in Endodontics in 2006. He taught as a professor in endodontics at Universidad Del Desarrollo and Universidad Mayor for four years.
After he and his family moved to Colorado, Dr. Montecinos remained committed to continuous learning and community involvement. He was accepted into the highly competitive international student program at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 2017.
As an experienced dental professional, Dr. Montecinos believes in empowering patients through education, emphasizing the benefits of good oral hygiene and preventative care. His calm demeanor and caring communication style help put patients at ease.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Montecinos and his wife have two children. He cherishes time with his family, is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys cycling, hiking and reading novels.

Dr. Shannan Johnson, Periodontist

Dr. Johnson brings years of distinguished experience to our practice, having served as a dedicated dentist in the United States Air Force. After earning her dental degree from Boston University, she further specialized her expertise by completing residency programs in both Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) and Periodontics. Her commitment to clinical excellence also led her to serve as a periodontics faculty member for general dentistry residents at several Air Force installations.
