Dental Insurance
We proudly accept both in-network and out-of-network insurance plans here at Summit Family Dentistry. Our team is happy to answer any questions you may have about your insurance plan and can do a complimentary benefits check for you before your appointment with us.
Summit Savings Plan
Our very own in-house savings plan was designed to give more people access to excellent dental care. For an annual rate of $385 for an individual, $695 for two people, $945 for a family of three plus $285 for an additional family member, your coverage includes:
- 2 comprehensive exams
- 2 teeth cleanings
- 2 fluoride treatments
- All prescribed radiographs with no limitations
- 10-25% off additional preventive care & restorative treatments
Other Forms of Payment
Our office is flexible when it comes to payment. We accept cash and checks, major debit and credit cards, many dental insurance plans, FSAs, and HSAs. If you have any questions at all about paying for your treatment, give us a call and a member of our team will be happy to help you out!
